Refund policy

If the item doesn't fit or isn't right for you, you can return your order within 14 days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return, please send an email to support@anouar-antwerp.com requesting a return. Make sure to include your order number, which can be found in the confirmation mail of your purchase. Anouar Antwerp will reply with the return label and further instructions. Please note that this may take a few days, but as long as you request a return within 14 days of the delivery date, your return will be valid. Once we have received the package, it may take 3 to 10 days for your return to be processed.

The countries eligible for returns are: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Luxembourg, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands, and the Czech Republic.

Please note that as Anouar Antwerp grows, more countries will be added to this list, and the return policy will be updated accordingly.

Please be aware that the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund:

  • €7 for Belgium
  • €10 for The Netherlands
  • €15 for Luxembourg, Germany, and France
  • €20 for the rest of the eligible countries


Return Process Criteria

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in sellable condition (no defects, stains, or signs of washing) with all original tags attached.
  • Ensure that the item(s) is/are packed in a waterproof bag or box sealed with tape. The shipping bag used for delivery can be reused, but please cover the original delivery label with the return label to avoid any confusion with the courier.
  • Protect the box with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, and any damage may result in the return being refused.
  • Keep proof of dispatch (tracking number). In case the shipment is lost, this will serve as proof that the return was sent.
  • Items returned in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded or exchanged and may be sent back to you.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with this return policy. The return and its financial responsibility are yours until it reaches Anouar Antwerp and is confirmed by delivery confirmation.

 

Size Exchange

Exchanging for a different size is also possible. Please email support@anouar-antwerp.com with your current size and the size you wish to exchange for. Anouar Antwerp will reply with the availability of the requested size.
